Does using an independent organization void anything?

Devices still under manufacturer warranty should stay with the OEM, and we will tell you when that applies. Outside of warranty, servicing by a qualified independent organization is a normal and permitted practice. We document scope so your records show servicing to original specification, not modification.

Where do parts come from?

OEM parts through authorized channels wherever they are available to us. When a part is only obtainable as tested pre-owned or third-party equivalent, we tell you before ordering and note it on the work order. Never silently.

What response time can you commit to?

Accepted Answer

Response commitments are written into your agreement, set per urgency tier, rather than advertised as a fleet-wide average. Emergency calls go to the phone line and are triaged the same day; scheduled work is booked to a window you agree in advance.

Question 4

Do you service imaging equipment?

No. CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, and comparable high-complexity imaging platforms belong with the OEM or an imaging specialist. We will point you to the right party rather than take the ticket.

Question 5

Can you deliver records into our CMMS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Work orders are delivered in a consistent format with device identifiers, dates, findings, parts, and as-found / as-left values, so they can be attached to or imported into whichever system you keep records in. Tell us the format your CMMS expects and we will match it.

Question 6

Do you support Prismaflex or other CRRT systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prismaflex CRRT is a platform we hold specific manufacturer training and certification on, covering both preventive and corrective service. For other CRRT platforms, ask, and we will tell you plainly whether it is in scope.

Question 7

We have no in-house biomed at all. Where do we start?

Accepted Answer

With an assessment and an asset audit. Most facilities in that position do not have a reliable device list, so the first visit produces one, along with a written view of what is overdue, failing, or out of specification.

Question 8

We are a small practice with a handful of devices. Are we too small?

Accepted Answer

No. Small facilities are the reason this exists. A two-device exam room and a twelve-suite surgery center get the same documentation package.
